General Information

Please be aware that all my jewellery is handmade and unique. No two items are the same therefore there may be slight differences in the item you see pictured and the one you receive. If you have specific requirements for your item, please contact me before ordering and I will do my best to help.

COVID-19 Update

I am still able to post items to the UK however delivery times are extended by the Royal Mail. For items outside the UK please contact me prior to placing an order to ensure I am still able to deliver. Delivery overseas is taking a lot longer than expected and unfortunately this is something outside of my control.

I am taking all precautions required while crafting. I regularly wash my hands for 20 seconds or more during the jewellery making process. I also try to make sure that my items are wiped down (harsh chemical permitting) before packaging them up and sending them out.

Delivery Times

Most items are made to order. As I only work on my small business part time on Mondays and Fridays, I need 2 full days to ensure the item meets my and your high standards.

The following table gives you an idea of when you can expect the item to be ready to dispatch.

For example, if you order on a Monday, I will need the following 2 of my working days (which would be Friday and Monday) to create your piece therefore the item should be posted out on the next working day after that (i.e. Tuesday).

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. If there are any unforeseen delays, I will contact you immediately.

Shipping Policy

Please see the above delivery information. Please note if you are purchasing outside of the UK, you will be liable for any custom duties levied by the country you reside in.

Return Policy

Please contact me first if you’re not entirely happy with your order. I will always do my best to make sure you love your jewellery and are happy with the service.

I accept returns within 30 days as long as they are in a resaleable condition in their original packaging and you have a receipt. Unfortunately (except in exceptional situations) bespoke items cannot be returned as they are made specially for you unless they are faulty.

Distance Selling

Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’.

I will offer a refund to customers if you have told me within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel. You then have 14 days to return the goods once you’ve contacted me.
