Please contact me first if you’re not 100% happy with your order. I will always do my best to make sure you love your jewellery and are happy with the service you have received.
If you’ve changed your mind and don’t want to keep the items received, you’ll need to pay the cost of return postage. I don’t currently offer a free returns service or the option to exchange unwanted items.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
I accept returns within 30 days if they are in a resaleable condition in their original packaging, and you have your receipt. Unfortunately (except in exceptional situations) bespoke items cannot be returned unless they are faulty as they are made especially for you. I also cannot accept pierced earrings as a return due to hygiene reasons.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
If I have made an error and shipped the wrong item, I will pay for you to return the item and ship you the correct item in return.
If you purchase the item in a shop that stocks my jewellery, please speak to the shop in the first instance however do contact me if you have any problems with this.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item.
Once I have processed your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. I aim to do this within 5 working days. Please allow for your own bank’s processing times in addition to this.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check with the company you made the original payment with as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact me at email@example.com so I can look into this for you.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
